Cooking class AT THE CASTLE
A cooking class that is also an amazing wine experience and a special lunch or dinner, in a medieval Castle of 1200 Century, with pairing lunch or dinner, of 5 wines (amazing super tuscan wines).
A driver of our team, will come to pick you up at your home rental, to drive you at a really incredible place: a Medieval Castle of 1200 Century, where the owner Sveva will personally welcome you.
She will make you visit the ancient cellars and explain to you how she makes her wonderful Super Tuscan wines.
After the visit, let's start the cooking class with her!
You will learn how to make pasta in a private class and you will prepare your meal with her, tha pasta sauce and the dessert.
At the end of the class, you will be served so you can enjoy the food you have prepared.
During the lunch/dinner, Sveva will guide you in a wine tasting, to teach you how to pair food and wine together, so as to enjoy her best 4 wonderful wines
