Genial la recepción de los anfitriones, muy buen desayuno y estancia en un palazzo del siglo XVI. La ubicación es fantástica y la decoración también los anfitriones son Francesca y Flaviano y nos atendieron de manera tan familiar que nos sentimos en nuestra propia casa.

The pictures do not quite tell how spectacular the view is. The biggest asset with this home is Francesca. She is knowledgeable and passionate about Tuscany. Francesca arranged winery tours, dinners and a cooking class for us. She had many great recommendations that we probably would not find on your own. If you would like a great house in a rural setting but close to everything this is the right place to stay.

I rarely write reviews and am very selective about using superlatives, but this is an exception. This villa and its owners are simply the best. The house and grounds are gorgeous and immaculately kept. Though I enjoyed the villa with just one other couple, this house could easily accommodate 6 couples or more and still feel spacious. With a wood fired pizza oven, wood grilling fireplace, and well stocked kitchen, the villa is a dream for Tuscan cooking at home if that is your thing. But the absolute best thing about Villa is the incredible kindness and hospitality of its owners, and their constant efforts to assure that every detail of your stay is enjoyable.

The venue is absolutely outstanding, the interior has been featured in design magazines and the villa is on a hill with spectacular views. Patrizia, the host, is super nice and helpful and takes care of guests like visiting family members. She is also a pro chef and offers fine dining-level dinners from the best local ingredients, make sure you do not miss it!

I would highly recommend a visit to Siena and Francesca as a host as the place to stay for a family holiday in the Tuscany region of Italy.

Alles perfekt sauber und von Vermieterseite bestens organisiert: Poolreinigung und Gartenpflege wurde zeitlich so gelegt, dass wir stets alle Annehmlichkeiten hatten und von den Arbeiten selbst nie etwas mitbekommen haben. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen waren super! Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Sehr langsames Internet, der Router ist leider nicht up to date! Wir danken Graziella ganz herzlich für superschöne Urlaubstage und werden dieses Haus jederzeit gerne und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We have used Best of Mas services several times on different trips to Tuscan. Francesca and her team are simply the best. Over the July 4th 2021 weekend, we had the pleasure of staying a La Capanna Di Elfo. The experience didn’t disappoint. The villa is charming, beautiful, and located perfectly for taking advantage of everything Tuscany has to offer. Other services Best of Mas provided was a homecooked Tuscan meal at the villa and a tour of Siena with lunch and wine tasting. All are the services are highly recommended. Brad & Kim McIntire

The apartment was lovely and spacious and had everything you could need. Located about 5 mins walk from Piazza del Campo and 15 min walk from train station. Francesca and Silvia were the perfect hosts. Always on hand and contactable any time. We booked Francesco (Francesca’s husband) as our driver for airport transfers and to drop us in San Gimignano. Francesca and Silvia were there to welcome us on our arrival and was an absolute pleasure to deal with, always able to give advice on everything and has a great knowledge of the area. The apartment is amazing and so peaceful!. We had an absolutely fabulous time and thank you Francesca for being a great host and thank you Silvia for letting us stay in this great place!

What an incredible experience: Francesca, our guide, is an architect who graduated in Florence and a tour guide in Florence. From the first moment she knew how to convey her passion for this city and guided us to the discovery of remote corners and details that we could never have appreciated alone, she guided us inside Florence making us travel through time from its Roman origins to the Renaissance until today. An experience that I will never forget.
