Roma tour with Emma

Emma Jane Bond was born in London, England, and lived in Royal Ascot where she studied both French and Italian, attending a drama and ballet school and offered a scholarship at RADA, Royal Academy of Dance. Afterwards she finished her schooling in Malta, then a finishing school in London and then lived and worked between Montecarlo and Rome, traveling through out the South of France. She is totally fluent in Italian, a good level of French and is a lover of languages. For the past twenty years she has worked in the Tourist Business first for A&K individual clients and private tours and also asTour Manager for both small groups and VIP individuals with private jets throughout Italy and her islands. She has also traveled extensively throughout the whole of Europe, literally from the tip of Greece to the extremes of Northern Finland and from Spain almost to the borders of Russia where her maternal grandparents lived at the time of the Tzars. 


She has taken two Cordon Bleu cookery courses and is an expert of top Italian wines. She has also been a Chef and Hostess on board privately owned luxury sailing yacht for 7 summer seasons, circumnavigating Italy's most spectacular sea round Sardinia, Corsica and Sicily and the South of France and cooking the local delicacies. She has studied Italian History and History of Art and is an official tour guide in Florence and Rome and the Vatican too, where she has lived for the past 30 years. She married an Italian cardiologist and has two grownup children and is both a doting mother and animal lover. Emma is also a qualified simultaneous translator from Italian to English and has translated several Italian films for shooting abroad in English speaking countries. nothing can make her happier than taking you for walks round all the most fascinating historical sites but rest assured she take you to all the smaller and less famous places too giving you a fantastic insight on the local life and introducing you to the most special restaurants. She has an endless energy and will always customize to clients desires and needs.

Brunello wine tour


We will leave from your stay in the morning to discover Montalcino and his History that is strictly connected with its wine....we will visit one of the best winery of the area (in Montalcino only the 15% of the territory is dedicated to wine but there are almost 300 wineries...) and there we will spend about 1 hour and half to learn how Brunello di Montalcino is produced, aged, bottled and finally we will taste it in a private tasting made, by the owner,  only for us.

We will have lunch in a Fortezza castle of 12th century, tasting 2 different kind of Brunello wines according to food: never divide wine from food in tuscany...

After a visit of the town spending some free time for shopping and relaxing by yourself, I will drive you in a private guided tour of on the masterpiece of medieval architecture in Tuscany: S. Antimo Abbey (1050 a.C.)

We will finish our tour in about 9 hours, it will be such a field trip to make together, such as friends...

Pienza: Art, wine, food and extravirgin olive oil


We will leave form your stay at 9.00 am and go to visit a Chianti winery where we will learn not only how they produce wine but also extravirgin olive oil: it will be a visit of about 2 hours, to learn many things about extravirgin olive oil and wine (the pearls of Tuscany) and we will  spend time to taste them in a guided, private tasting.


​Or maybe you would like to see a Ferrari and old cars collection and see the ancient tools and old tuscan life stile in a very rare museum...

We will have lunch in the best restaurant of the town, taking our time to rush...we are on holiday...

We will leave from your stay in the morning to discover Pienza, its Cathedral, its main square Let me guide you to discover the "Ideal city of Renaissance", the town that was the dream of a Pope: Pio II...he was able to transform a small and unknown town in a model for the Renaissance and in a unforgettable and famous town. 

Then we will have a tasting of some product typical of the area such as: pecorino cheese, Balsamic vinegar, extravirgin olive oil, wild boar salame etc. and then I will give you some free time to spend there for relax and shopping.


We will finish our tour in about 9 hours, it will be such a field trip to make together, such as friends...

San Galgano: mistery and taste


We will leave from your stay at 9-30 am and go to visit one of the most amazing places of Val di Merse: S .Galgano abbey and Monesiepi Eremo: you will learn about Ambrogio Lorenzetti, one of the most famous artists of Siena medieval painting, you will see the sword in the stone and visit the Abbey without roof...


After the visit we will go in a shepherds's farm, where we will have lunch with the owners (in their house) and they will prepare for us a special lunch: they cook only the food that they produce (both vegetables and meat) so you will eat pig or chicken or rabbit coming from their house, the same for vegetables...Giovanna will prepare for us home made tagliatelle that I can assure you are really great!

Or if you prefer...we can make a cooking class to learn how to make home made pasta...

After lunch they will guide us in a tour of the farm and we will learn how they produce pecorino cheese 

the tour will take about 7 hours and it will be a great field trip to make together.



We will leave from your accomodation at 8.30 am (private van with driver) and will be in Assisi in about 2 hours: here we will have a guided tour of the town, then let’s have lunch in one of the best restaurant of the town tasting organig food and good wine. After lunch let’s visit a Tipography where still work paper by hand, they will show us how  they print home made paper and something more….then we will visit the ancient roman Asissi and finally the s.francesco Abbey. We will not leose the Porziuncola…the S.Francesco small church insiede the church…

We will be back home in about 10/11 hours…


Florence in your hands...

We will leave form your stay at 8.30 am, arrived in Florence in about 1 hour and 15 minutes, we will have a guided tour of the town, a walking tour that will be such a time machine that will drives you from the Roman time to the renaissance to discover a Town who has been the pearl of the art and architecture in Italy and in Europe: we will see Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Loggia de' lanzi, Ognissanti church, Piazza della Repubblica and we will relax enjoying a Cappuccino (or maybe a coffe with cream...)

Let's see how in Florence they work leather and breath the ancient flowers and flavors of the most ancient pharmacy of the city...

Then we will visit the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the Opa Museum, the ancient Cathedral of S. Reparata and we will have lunch in a very special place: a restaurant realized in the ancient roman amphitheater.

You will breath the soul of Florence, a town we gave me much: there I lived for 5 years, there I became an architect and a tour guide....follow me and you will love it like I love it...


Perugia and Chocolate

We will leave from your accomodation at 9.00 am (private van with driver) and will be in Perugia in about 1 hour and half drive: here we will have an amazing visit of the best italian chocolate factory and have a private class for making chocolate!

After that we will go to visit the town, have a waking tour with profetional tour guide and have lunch together in town.

After lunch we will visit the uderground mysterious town…roman times…amazing guided tour of the ancient town who whas fouded by Romans in roman times..

We will be back home in about 10 hours


Monteriggioni architecture, trekking and ceramic art


We will leave from your accomodation at 9.00 am (private van with driver) and go to visit the ceramic laboratory of an amazing lady who makes cearmics since she was a child: this was her dream.

She will guide us in her laboratory and idroduce us in learning how to piant by hand and cook ceramics, so to apreciate the high quality of thius kind of art typical os Siena area.

After the visit we will leave for Monteriggioni Castle, where we will have a guided tour of the town ,we will climb the medieval walls and then visit the Museum of medieval arms: here you will dress medieval arms with much fun…

After the visit let’s have a nice walk of about 40 min along the Francigena road, to visit an ancient Badia of 11th century: here we will have our lunch…



We will leave from your accomodation at 9.00 am (private van with driver) and go to visit the ceramic laboratory of an amazing lady who makes cearmics since she was a child: this was her dream.

She will guide us in her laboratory and idroduce us in learning how to piant by hand and cook ceramics, so to apreciate the high quality of thius kind of art typical os Siena area.

After the visit we will leave for Volterra: here we will visit the town (walking tour with tour guide) then I wil give you a short free time to spend in the town since we will meet to have lunch.

After lunch we will visit the roman anfitheatre, one of the most importat buildings of the town and finally we will learn how they work masterpieces in Alabaster: an Alabaster’s master will make us visit his laboratory and show u show they work this amazing material.

We will be back in about 10 hours

San Gimignano wine and art


We will leave from your accomodation at 9.00 am (private van with driver) and go to visit the ceramic laboratory of an amazing lady who makes cearmics since she was a child: this was her dream.

She will guide us in her laboratory and idroduce us in learning how to piant by hand and cook ceramics, so to apreciate the high quality of thius kind of art typical os Siena area.

After the visit we will leave for San Gimignano, here we will have a guided tour of the town a lunch in a great restaurant where we will learn how to drink wine tasting it with food.

We will visit the Cathedral, a medieval tower, a nobile building and have a really amazine Gelato in town…

We will be back in about 10 hours

We will leave at 9.00 am from your stay, we will visit a small ceramic laboratory and the owner will show us how they produce and home made paint ceramics.

After that  we will leave for San Gimignano, where we will have a tour guide of the town, lunch in a nice restaurant with a great view of the town: here we will learn something about food and wine...

we will be home in about 8 hours...
